Bill retired from the City of Davison Police as a Detective Sergeant after 26 years of service, serving from 1998-2024. Bill started working for the Village of Otisville as a part-time police officer in February of 2020. Bill was sworn in as Otisville's Police Chief on October 6, 2025. The Chief of Police is under the general direction of the Village Council. Bill oversees the day-to-day operation of the police department.
